Boone’s Bar-B-Que Kitchen is a joint venture between a couple of “good ole boys” that share down home roots and a passion for flavors.  Boone the “Original Pitmaster” is back with longtime friend Tom Bryant and they are bringing you the BEST bar-b-que you will ever taste.

Together this dynamic flavor duo is offering “the best ever” foods.  Starting with their succulent pulled pork bar-b-que, the original “low country” Brunswick Stew, and not to be forgotten Aunt Faith’s homemade chow chow. These are just a few of the delights that come with the true down home bar-b-que taste sensation.

Dan “Boone” Gibson knows how to please the palate. He is a Charlotte Native and upon completion of his culinary degree he began earning his stripes in the culinary world.  He worked in fine dining establishments in and around Charlotte.  His craft and love of food has taken him across this fine country to places like Jackson Hole, Wyoming and back. 

Boone’s family recipes are legendary and will serve as the back bone for all the wonderful flavors you get when you experience Boone’s Bar-B-Que Kitchen!
